Governor DeSantis outlined that this would now include full capacity at restaurants and retail as long as they can accommodate social distancing. In addition, indoor bars, movie theaters, bowling alleys, and concert halls may reopen at  50% capacity. Outdoor bars may reopen at full capacity, as long as they can accommodate social distancing.

While most of the state can enter Phase Two on June 5, it will not apply to Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

The Florida Task Force, which included former-President of Walt Disney World Resort, Josh D’Amaro, had originally sent a recommendation that Phase Two would also be when theme parks could begin reopening. While Disney World will be reopening on July 11th, Universal Orlando will officially reopen to the public on June 5th.
