A Popular Magic Kingdom Parade CHANGES This Week!

Heading to Disney World during the upcoming spooky season? There are a few changes to the parks that you need to know about to feel prepared.

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is starting in just a few days, and that means that we’ll have to get used to Magic Kingdom closing early multiple days over the next few months. However, if you’re a big fan of Festival of Fantasy in Magic Kingdom, there’s a time change that WILL affect your next trip!

Starting on August 7th, the first day of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, the Festival of Fantasy Parade will change from 3 PM each day to 2 PM. This is for ALL dates, not just party dates, so from August 7th forward, until another change is announced, you’ll need to be ready to watch the parade at 2 PM!

Currently, the Disney World calendar only goes out to October 3rd, but each day from August 7th onwards shows only one parade at 2 PM, and that will continue through at least October 31st. After that, we’ll be into the holiday season, and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will be starting up, so parade times will likely stay the same.
