Have you ever dreamed of owning a Disney-themed home?

We certainly have. Imagine waking up every day feeling the magic of Disney surrounding you, like the residents at Disney World’s Golden Oak residential community. One of those homes went on the market in 2022, and it recently sold for just under $14 million. We’re going to take you inside to see all its cool features, including a Cinderella-inspired fireplace and a Star Wars-themed theater.

The two-story mansion sold in March for $14 million, making it the highest home sale price in the Orlando area so far in 2026. It’s located in Disney World’s Golden Oak community and looks like a Mediterranean-style estate on the outside. It has seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, two partial bathrooms, and four garages. But it’s some of the features in those rooms that really set it apart.

There’s a gorgeous circular stairway on the first floor that looks fit for a princess.

The master bedroom is massive, with its own sitting area and fireplace.

However, what might impress you the most is the Star Warsthemed theater that’s designed to look like the Millennium Falcon. Why stand in line in Disney World to ride Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run when you can just pop into your private theater and experience it for free (save for the cost of the house).

There’s even a bar that features Star Wars memorabilia and other things you might find on the Millennium Falcon.

There is even an entrance way with three doors that include Disney-themed stained glass art. There’s also a fireplace modeled after one in Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom.

But Disney isn’t the only thing represented in the home. We also spotted Toothless from How to Train Your Dragon in the kitchen.

Golden Oak is Disney’s exclusive, gated community that features neighborhoods designed and developed by Walt Disney Imagineers. Those who live in the neighborhoods have access to a full-service clubhouse, golf course, heated pool, spa, fitness center, and custom concierge services for Disney World planning.

To quote Lizzie McGuire, “This is what dreams are made of.”

We’ll keep an eye out for more Disney news, so check back with AllEars again soon for more.
