We’re trying all of the new food on the Disney Adventure, Disney’s newest cruise ship! We stopped at Stitch’s Ohana Grill for lunch and were shocked by how delicious it was.
This quick-service restaurant is themed after Lilo and Stitch with Hawaiian and American fusion food.
Stitch’s Ohana Grill is located in the Discovery Reef section of the Disney Adventure. They serve American, Asian, and Hawaiian fusion cuisine that’s completely included in your cruise fare!
The restaurant is decked out in Hawaiian decor with posters, flowers, and even surfboards!
We tried the Gochujang Burger, which is a grilled Angus beef burger on a toasted brioche bun, topped with grilled portobello mushrooms, red ginger, kimchi, crisp onions, and Gochujang mayonnaise.
The burger patty was well done, and the kimchi added a great brightness and crunch without being too spicy. The mayo made it so everything was super flavorful without being dry. We were surprised by the red ginger, which is usually very strong, that balanced the burger with a sharp flavor. This burger was much more gingery and bright than the spicy gochujang profile we were expecting, which we loved!
Overall, this was Emma’s favorite Disney burger of all time. It’s by far the most unique! Stay tuned to AllEars for more Disney Adventure content!
