6 New Treats Land at Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs This Month

It’s a new month, and that means that there are new treats ALL over Disney World for the holiday season, but each month, we’re extra excited for what’s new coming to Gideon’s Bakehouse!

Each month, Gideon’s releases new flavors of cake slices, cookies, and sometimes other treats to enjoy during the month, as well as lots of special merchandise you won’t want to miss out on — especially because some of them are only available on select weekends. Here’s what you can grab this month, but you’ll need to act fast!

Stuffed Sugar Cookies have been a massively popular new offering at Gideon’s Bakehouse, and this month, there are FOUR different flavors you can try throughout the month! From November 1st-7th, the first flavor available is the Vanilla Cream Cheese, which is the OG stuffed Gideon’s Cookie — a Vanilla Bean Sugar Cookie stuffed with a Cream Cheese Frosting.

As for the rest of the month, you can grab Chocolate Peanut Butter from November 8th through 14th, Birthday Cake from November 15th through 21st, and Pumpkin Cheesecake from November 22nd through 30th.

All month long, you can also grab the new Dutch Apple Pie Cake! This is Apple Spice Cake layers covered with a salty/sweet Apple Caramel Buttercream, then filled with a traditional apple pie filling, and complete with the distinctive oat crumb topping commonly seen with Dutch Apple Pies. It’s only available every Wednesday and Saturday now through Thanksgiving, though, so you’ll want to plan ahead!

For this weekend only (ending November 2nd), you can grab one of Gideon’s Bakehouse’s special flavors, the Chocolate Churro Cookie! This is a chocolate cookie filled with cinnamon sugar and a pinch of ancho and cayenne, plus a middle layer of Dulce de Leche, and topped with a mix of chocolates, including Mexican Stone Ground Chocolate. It’s perfect to celebrate Day of the Dead!

Don’t forget that merchandise! For two days only, you can grab the Samuel the Scarecrow Art Print either in stores or online — be sure to grab it sooner rather than later.
