However, it is always exciting to see the first decorations going up for Halloween. It may still be in the high 80s and 90s at Disney World, but that isn’t going to stop the Halloween festivities!

We spotted two displays out at Disney World for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party which begins on August 15th, 2025. The first display was up at the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC).

The second display was up just outside the main entrance to Magic Kingdom. The displays feature pumpkins, hay, and other festive decor.

While the Mickey pumpkins aren’t up inside the park yet, we have a feeling they will likely be up soon! We at least expect them to be up before the first night of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on August 15th.

Still waiting on the Mickey pumpkins!

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a separately ticketed event that includes specialty entertainment like “Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade,” trick-or-treating throughout Magic Kingdom, special character meet and greets, and so much more!
