Magic Kingdom has lots of fantastic entertainment options that we highly recommend checking out. One of the most iconic is the Festival of Fantasy Parade.
If you’re planning to catch this classic parade in the park soon, we’ve gotta warn you — there’s a change coming soon that could mess up your schedule big time if you don’t know about it!
Starting on August 10th, the Festival of Fantasy Parade will take place at 2 PM instead of 3 PM! While this doesn’t seem like a big deal, you don’t want to miss out on the parade because you thought it was a different time.
Additionally, on the same date, the Adventure Friends Cavalcade will move from two showtimes in the morning to just one showtime at 11:05 AM. This is a fun parade to catch while walking by if you want to see all of your favorite characters in one place.
So, why the change? It’s most likely because Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party begins just a few days later. The Boo To Your Parade is a huge draw of the Halloween party, and Disney might want some extra time in between to move around all the floats.
Have you seen the new nighttime parade yet? Disney’s Starlight is a dazzling parade, most nights at 9 PM and 11 PM, except when there’s a Halloween party.

They gotta bring back 2 showtimes for FoF. 12 pm and 3 pm Festival of Fantasy parade. It’s still the superior parade and main highlight at Magic Kingdom along with the Happily Ever After fireworks. FOF is way better than Starlight.
