So, we’ve seen some strange things in Disney World. We go there pretty much every day; how could we not?

However, today in EPCOT, we stumbled across something truly…weird. That’s the only word we have for it. We’ve long begged for Disney to bring back the streetmosphere that was once in Disney’s Hollywood Studios (we miss you, Citizens of Hollywood!), but, well, we didn’t mean like this.
OK, for context, “streetmosphere” is a Disney word for live entertainment and performers (with their own unique stories, of course) who roam the parks throughout the day. You never know where or when you’ll see them — it’s a fun little surprise!

Well, during a recent visit to EPCOT, we were walking by Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind when we heard voices we didn’t recognize. So we headed over to take a look and, well, we’re still trying to figure out what exactly is going on here.

We came across two Cast Members dressed in pink lab coats, and one of them was pulling around a suitcase that had “F.A.I.L.” written on it. When we looked closer, we saw it stood for “Florida Artificial Intelligence Laboratories.” Oh, and the woman’s name? Miss Information. Hmm…

They were leaving just as we came upon them, but what we managed to gather from the duo was that the woman was some sort of Artificial Intelligence being, and the man was the scientist running the…experiment? They were interacting with guests, asking if they wanted photos or videos, or to help with the programming.

We’re curious to catch them again soon to see if we can gather more of their story, because right now, we’re not seeing them show up on the My Disney Experience App. It’s a F.A.I.L. MYSTERY!
