Well, That Was Fast. Disney World Makes HUGE Map Change!

March 16th was a sad day in Animal Kingdom for fans of It’s Tough To Be A Bug.

The Tree of Life show officially played its final show yesterday, and it now begins its transformation into Zootopia: Better Zoogether. While Disney hasn’t announced exactly when that new show is opening, we can officially report that you can no longer find It’s Tough To Be A Bug on the map.

We walked into Animal Kingdom on March 17th and found a new map waiting for us at the front of the park.

When we opened it up, sure enough, It’s Tough To Be A Bug is no longer listed anywhere on the map itself…

…and it’s also not listed in the information to the right of the map.

We also got a chance to take a look at the Braille Map available for guests and it’s gone from there too!

At this time, there’s no official opening date for Zootopia: Better Zoogether! Disney had announced a winter 2025 opening timeline for the new show, so we’ll just have to wait (not so) patiently for an opening date.

That’s not the only new show opening in Disney World this year! Hollywood Studios will welcome “The Little Mermaid — A Musical Adventure” and “Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After” to the park in 2025.
