The EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival kicks off on March 5th and we can’t WAIT to eat and drink our way around this park.

The festival runs until June 2nd, giving you around two months to see what it has to offer — like the beautiful topiaries, live entertainment including the Garden Rocks Concert Series, exclusive merchandise, and, of course, FOOD! Disney has officially announced the items available for this year’s Garden Graze, so let’s check them out.
The Garden Graze is the PERFECT excuse to eat your way around EPCOT — and win a prize in the process. It’s like a fun, delicious scavenger hunt that usually ends up with you eating even MORE treats. What’s not to love?

Here’s how it works: find the page in the festival passport that lists the Garden Graze food items. Pick five items from that list — you’ll get a sticker for each item you purchase. Once you’ve added all five stickers, you can get a prize. Last year’s prize was a Dole Whip and some wildflower seeds!

Here’s a look at the Garden Graze items for this year’s festival!
