A RARE Fireworks Show Is Happening in Magic Kingdom Tonight, and Fans Are READY!

Celebrating the 4th in Disney World is the perfect day for many families, which is why you’ll see some pretty heavy crowds this week. Plus, people are off of work and it’s the middle of summer, so what better way to celebrate than to head down to Disney World? If you’re in the parks today, don’t miss this special fireworks show that only happens TWICE every year!

The 4th of July fireworks show takes place in Magic Kingdom, usually about twice each year — once on the evening of July 3rd and once on July 4th!

Now, it is important to prepare for some pretty large crowds for this fireworks show, so be sure to grab a spot around 45 minutes to an hour before showtime to ensure a fantastic spot. If you’re not super picky on your spot, we still recommend getting over there 15-20 minutes before showtime so you’re not rushed!

This is truly a special experience in the park since it only happens about twice a year — not everyone can say they’ve gotten to see this show, so we don’t recommend missing it!
