You’ve heard of “Drinking Around the World,” but what about “Snacking Around the World?”

While you can enjoy drinks from each country in EPCOT’s World Showcase, you can also try many unique treats. Determining which snacks are worth it in each country can be challenging. To make things a little easier, here are four snacks you need to try the next time you visit the Norway Pavilion in EPCOT!
After a lovely voyage through Arendelle on Frozen Ever After, you might follow your nose to Kringla Bakeri og Kafe, where you will find all four of these must-try snacks!

School Bread
This treat has been a favorite of Disney fans for years and deserves the top spot on this list. School Bread is a sweet roll filled with custard and topped with coconut.

This snack has a springy texture—think of it as a cross between a cinnamon roll and a dinner roll. We don’t think this treat is too sweet, which makes it a perfect snack that won’t make you feel too tired — a good mid-day treat. You can try one for $4.79.

Norwegian Kringla
This next snack is a pretzel-shaped pastry called Norwegian Kringla. It is a sweet treat with a slightly spongier texture than a normal pretzel. You can choose between two toppings: almonds or chocolate.

We especially love the chocolate-topped Kringla! Good news for plant-based eaters: This treat is plant-based, making it friendly for those on a vegan diet! You can pick up this treat for $6.79.

Lefse
This next treat causes some debate among our team. Lefse is a snack that people either really like or can’t get behind, making it a treat you need to try so you can take a side. It is a soft potato flat bread filled with butter and cinnamon sugar.

This treat is big and can be shared, and it resembles a churro in length. A pro tip we have learned is to heat this treat up. You can ask a Cast Member to warm it up, but that may not be possible when the restaurant is busy. You can also bring it back to your hotel and warm it up for a late-night snack. We think this is a good treat for pickier eaters as it is simple. You can try it and tell us what you think for $3.49.

Frozen Viking Coffee
If you are looking for a pick-me-up and a drink to check Norway off your “Drink Around the World” list, look no further than the Frozen Viking Coffee! This drink is Bailey’s Irish Cream liqueur, with Kamore Coffee liqueur and a coffee-chocolate sauce. This drink is topped off with a coffee-chocolate crunch.

This well-known drink is a must-try. You can pick one up for $15.50. There is also a non-alcoholic version of this drink called Kristoff Kaffe, which is frozen coffee with coffee-chocolate sauce topped off with a coffee-chocolate crunch. The non-alcoholic version is $6.29.

The next time you are in the Norway Pavilion, make sure to check out these snacks at Kringla Bakeri og Kafe!
