Not all bathrooms in Disney World are created the same.

Now, we know what you may be thinking — you’re wondering why in the world we talk about bathrooms so much. Well, everyone in Disney World is going to have to use one at some point, and trust us when we say that which bathroom you choose DOES make a big difference in your experience. So here are the bathrooms we totally DO NOT recommend in the parks.
Magic Kingdom
Magic Kingdom is, arguably, one of the most popular parks in the resort, so finding a non-crowded bathroom is tough. However, we do recommend avoiding the bathrooms in Tomorrowland near Star Traders and Auntie Gravity’s, especially if you’re using the ladies restroom. These are VERY busy and also aren’t usually the cleanest.

We also would not recommend using the Casey Jr. bathrooms, but SPECIFICALLY when that splash pad is on. Why? Because most parents will have their kids use the restroom before they move to a different area of the parks, and those kids are SOAKING WET. Then there’s water all over the floor and…ugh, gross.

Only two to avoid in Magic Kingdom isn’t bad!

EPCOT
Right when you tap into EPCOT, there’s a restroom located on your right that we do NOT recommend going to. If you do, you basically have to walk back out of the park, then tap back in again.

Right around Spaceship Earth, you’ll notice bathrooms on either side of the ride, and those are also restrooms we don’t recommend simply since they’re at the front of the park and they’re wildly crowded.

EPCOT has a third one we don’t suggest though, which is the bathrooms over at Regal Eagle Smokehouse in the America Pavilion, but not for the reason you think. These bathrooms are family restrooms, and there are only TWO available. Which means it won’t be crowded inside, but there may be quite the line to get in.

And that’s all for EPCOT!

Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Over in Hollywood Studios, both of these bathrooms are located around the same area of the park. The first is located in Pixar Place, right before you walk toward Toy Story Land. We really don’t recommend these bathrooms because not only are they SO crowded, but they’re also not the cleanest.

And in Toy Story Land, while these bathrooms are highly themed and cute, they’re also VERY obvious, so people will be flocking to them constantly throughout the day. Plus, there’s a lot of kids in this land, and the door stalls have massive gaps under them so…you see where we’re going with this?

And as for our last park…
Animal Kingdom
…Animal Kingdom only has one set of bathrooms we really warn you away from, and it’s the restrooms near DinoLand U.S.A. bridge and where Moana meets with guests.

These restrooms are quite crowded just due to where they’re located, so we recommend (quite literally) any other bathrooms around the park.

Misc. Bathrooms
Remember when we said water all over the floor bothered us in bathrooms? Well, if you feel the same, we recommend you stay away from any and all Disney World water park bathrooms, as well as Disney Hotel bathrooms near the pools.

It’s for the exact same reason listed earlier — no matter how clean Cast Members keep these bathrooms, there’s always going to be water all over the floor because the people using them are dripping with water. So if you can avoid it, that’s what we suggest.

I just wanted to say I love these type of articles. The roller coasters and other rides are loads of fun, but the bathrooms are pretty important too!
