4 Disney World Hotels Will Have Completely NEW ROOMS in 2024

If you’re in the throes of planning a Disney World vacation in 2024, and the new year has you inspired to try something… well, NEW, then you’re gonna want to keep reading this post. 😉

It’s easy to get stuck in a rut of doing the same ol’, same ol’ at Disney World, which can be super nostalgic at times, but for many, it can get a bit boring. This includes the Disney World hotels! What do you say? Is 2024 the year you switch things up a bit and stay somewhere new? If so, you’re in luck, because four hotels on Disney World property are set to boast BRAND NEW rooms by the end of 2024. Let’s talk about it!

So… which hotels will be getting snazzy new rooms this year?

Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort

The Polynesian is set to debut its all-new Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Tower in 2024! You can currently see the tower being constructed from the Monorail as well as the surrounding Monorail resorts.

The tower will not only offer brand new deluxe villas, but more recreation and dining options as well. We can’t wait to see the progress continue with this one!

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort

If you’ve been at the Grand Floridian recently whether for a hotel stay or for a quick visit, then you probably saw the extensive construction taking place. A portion of the hotel has been undergoing a lengthy refurbishment to bring updated spaces and a nice refresh throughout the resort.

The rooms are said to be getting new furniture and color schemes, and while some are already available to guests, the remainder is set to be completed sometime in 2024.

Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campgrounds

Over at Fort Wilderness, more than 350 new cabins will replace the old ones, and will boast a more modern look and feel. These rooms are set to be completed in summer 2024! The first set of cabins is set to open on July 1st, 2024.

Although these are DVC cabins, don’t worry. Anyone can stay there!

Disney’s BoardWalk Inn

Over at BoardWalk, guest rooms are in the middle of getting an upgrade! We can expect new decor and furniture, as well as brand new artwork that features Mickey, Minnie, and friends strolling about the resort.

These are set to be completed sometime in 2024.
