When it comes to visiting Disney World, chances are you’re never going to experience the same thing twice.

Between new attractions, restaurants, lands, stores, and more — the parks and hotels are changing every single day. It’s a lot to keep up with, but we’re bringing some of the latest projects that might be on the horizon!
We search permits recently filed by Disney around the parks and hotels to get an idea of what sort of projects might be coming up, and this time around we spotted a few for the Construction Capital of Disney World — EPCOT!

Who doesn’t love starting off their perfect EPCOT day with a nice cup of Joffrey’s Coffee? We definitely do, and it looks like that’s where this permit brings us. It looks like work is going to begin on installing “6 new ground-mounted signs” at the Joffrey’s kiosk located near the entrance of the park.
What’s interesting about this permit is that it was filed by Disney Imagineering, so while we’re not totally sure of the full extent of this work, we’ll find out soon enough.

Another permit has been filed for work at a location called “East Kiosk Main Bridge” which is located on the main bridge connecting the World Showcase to the rest of the park. The description of this permit says it’s to “install show elements” — but what sort of show elements might be needed for a kiosk? We’ll be keeping an eye out for updates on this area.

Finally, we’ve found another permit that points to the “installation of [a] stage” at a tech building where World Showcase and World Celebration meet. From what we can tell, it looks like this location may be behind those pesky construction walls that are scattered throughout World Celebration right now. It’s also interesting to note that this spot is relatively close to the “East Kiosk Main Bridge” from the last permit.

We’ll be on the hunt for more permits that could clue us into changes coming to Disney World, so stay tuned to AllEars for more.
