If you’re heading to Magic Kingdom soon, we’ve gotta warn ya about something!
No matter when you visit Disney World, there’s always a chance that a ride you’ve been looking forward to checking out is suddenly closed. Sometimes, though, Disney plans scheduled closures for maintenance — and right now is one of those times.
A while back, we noticed that on Disney’s website, Liberty Square Riverboat didn’t have any available times listed starting on August 21st. Now that the day has come, it looks like the website was right. We walked by the Liberty Square Riverboat and saw that it was indeed closed.
This temporary closure appears to last until August 29th, 2023, according to the website. This attraction closed around the same time last year, so it looks like this may just be for regularly scheduled maintenance.
Right now it seems like this will be just a short closure, but we’ll keep an eye out and let you know if anything changes. For the latest Disney World news, tips, and more — be sure to stay tuned to AllEars!
