Roundup Rodeo BBQ is a new table service, family-style restaurant that will open in Toy Story Land (Disney’s Hollywood Studios) on March 23rd, 2023. Reservations (highly recommended) opened for this spot on February 21st, we already have the FULL restaurant menu, and we’ve seen a peek inside the spot. But now we’ve got the critical info you need to make those trip budgets.

Disney has announced that the pricing for meals at Roundup Rodeo BBQ will be as follows:

  • $45 for adults
  • $25 for kids (ages 3-9).
Bullseye is here!

Again, the meal here is served family-style so that one price includes a bunch of different items. The meal starts with Prospector’s Homemade Cheddar Biscuits served with sweet pepper jelly, as well as salads for the table to enjoy (there’s a Tomato Salad, Romaine and Kale Salad, and Watermelon Salad).

Then you’ll move on to the main star of the meal — the house-smoked meats! For meat eaters, the platter includes ribs, beef brisket, pork sausage, and BBQ chicken. There is, however, a plant-based option that’ll have slow-smoked cauliflower, “bratwurst,” and an Impossible “rib chop.”

All entreés served with an assortment of sweet, traditional, and spicy BBQ sauces.

Sides are also included, but the table will have to select 4 out of the available ones to share. The side options include corn on the cob, baked beans, potato salad, roasted vegetables, veggie slaw, mac and cheese, fried pickles, and even loaded potato barrels.

And finally, the meal ends with a sweet treat. Again though you’ll have to choose from a selection. The available dessert options include a chocolate silk pie, apple pie, peach-strawberry pie, a chocolate cake cupcake with Forky as its star, and a lemon and blueberry cheesecake.

There will also be some alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to order and pay for separately. See the FULL menu here.

How does the pricing here compare to other family-style restaurants? Well, several other family-style restaurants feature character dining in Disney World, which Roundup Rodeo BBQ will NOT have. So it is more comparable to places like Liberty Tree Tavern or Sebastian’s Bistro. Here’s the pricing for those places:

  • Liberty Tree Tavern: $39 per adult, $21 per child
  • Sebastian’s Bistro: $32 per adult, $19 per child

The restaurant itself is themed to a rodeo playset created by Andy. Inside you’ll see Toy Story charcters in the form of special cutouts and designs (but it is NOT a character meal).
