RECIPE: The Theme Park Cocktail That'll Get You Through the Work Week

But if you’re not able to make it to Universal this summer or you just want to bring a taste of it home, you can bring some of the fun into your house by making this cocktail!

Universal recently shared the recipe for their Berry Nice Cocktail (yes, there’s a pun IN the name ? ) from Lombard’s Seafood Grille in Universal Orlando.

Here’s what you’ll need to make this drink at home!

Ingredients

1.5 oz of vodka
0.5 oz of raspberry liqueur
0.5 oz of lemon juice
6 oz of fresh lemonade
A handful of blackberries and however many raspberries you desire

You’ll also need a cocktail shaker. You can get an entire cocktail shaker set on Amazon for $16.99 (or check out some of the other options online).

Pretty simple, right? Let’s get to mixing!

Instructions

Step 1: Place your blackberries at the bottom of a cocktail shaker and muddle them.

Step 2: Add your vodka, raspberry liqueur, lemon juice, and a small amount of ice to the cocktail shaker and shake well to break up the fruit.

Step 3: Open pour into a Collins glass full of ice, top with your lemonade, and then stir to combine.

Step 4: Put some blackberries and raspberries on top of the drink to finish it off, and you’re done!
