NEWS: Release DATE Announced For Baby Groot Series On Disney+!

Whether you’re team Captain America or team Iron Man, there’s one thing that Marvel fans can almost all agree on — we love seeing Baby Groot.

And, while Baby Groot didn’t end up making an appearance in Disney World’s newest roller coaster, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, there is one place that you’ll soon be able to catch up with the little guy — your TV!

In 2020, Disney announced that they were creating a new Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special! and a Baby Groot shorts series. And, now we know that I Am Groot Original Shorts will be premiering on Disney+ on August 10th, 2022!

Marvel and Disney also released a new poster with the announcement and it looks like we’ll be going on some relaxing adventures with Groot in the series.

Now, this series isn’t the only way you’ll be able to catch up with Baby Groot. Disney currently is developing a LIFE SIZED Baby Groot animatronic that walks, runs, jumps, and more that will someday come to Disneyland’s Avengers Campus. You can learn more about it and see a FULL video here.
