It’s Mardi Gras at Universal Studios Orlando and we’ve been checking out everything the park has to offer, from the parade to the live music!
Mardi Gras at Universal also features fan-favorite Cajun fare and classic Carnaval flavors from around the world. In past years, we’ve had great dishes like the Picadillo Empanada, classic Beignets, and Shrimp Gumbo, so let’s see what this year has to offer.

…and Sweet Corn Johnny Cakes from the Lift Off Floribbean booth.
