This year will mark the very first voyage of Disney Cruise Line’s newest ship, the Disney Wish.

We’ve been keeping a close eye out for news about this amazing new trip and we’ve already shared tons of details about the itineraries, staterooms, dining, shows, and more! Now, we’ve got another behind-the-scenes peek at construction.
Today, Walt Disney Imagineering shared a new video with an update on Disney Wish progress! The ship is currently under construction at Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg, Germany and a big step is underway.

The ship’s propellers have been partially constructed and placed below the ship. Check out the process in this video!

This is likely one of the few peeks we’ll get of this important piece of this ship. After all, once the Wish hits the water, the propellers will be out-of-sight — submerged and doing their job.

We’ll continue to bring you all the latest updates on the Disney Wish, so be sure to stay tuned to AllEars for the latest!
