Disney World Resort Refurbishments

Select Disney World Resorts are also undergoing major refurbishments right now! At Disney’s Contemporary Resort, rooms in the main tower will be closed while crews work to transform the spaces with a fresh Incredibles-themed look. Plus, down in the main lobby area, The Wave…of American Flavors is being completely reimagined for the 50th Anniversary so it will remain closed this week.

Work is also continuing in the lobby area of Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort. Disney is in the process of updating the guest arrival process, so the port cochere and the main lobby area have been closed and are anticipated to remain that way through late October.
