The 50th Anniversary is coming to Disney World next month, and we’re seeing changes around the parks as everyone gets ready for its arrival.
The park icons will get EARidescent makeovers, 50th Anniversary banners are appearing, and new merchandise is popping up all over the place. Now, we’ve seen another change in Disney’s Magic Kingdom as the park prepares to celebrate the big 5-0!
On our way into the Magic Kingdom we noticed a big change — the Main Street, U.S.A. clock got an EARidescent makeover!
This clock used to be dark green, but now the official colors of Disney World’s 50th Anniversary (shimmery pastels) are covering the post, and a gold border surrounds the clock itself.
There’s also a little “50” logo set right on top!
Banners on either side announce the 50th Anniversary Celebration theme.
