Now that we can eat and walk at the same time at Walt Disney World (thanks to this new face covering policy), you may find yourself looking for a quick and filling snack that you can enjoy on the go on your next vacation!
We have a list of several larger snacks that are great for sharing, easy to eat, and/or perfect for a quick bite between rides.
Rather than rely on lunch and dinner to satiate your appetite, these snacks allow you to fill up without a huge time commitment!
Totchos from Woody’s Lunch Box
We’re starting our quick and filling snack tour around Disney World in Toy Story Land in Disney’s Hollywood Studios! There, order yourself a serving of Totchos from Woody’s Lunch Box. This bowl of goodness is a pile pf “Potato Barrels” topped with Beef and Bean Chili, Shredded Cheese, Queso, Tomatoes, Corn Chips, Sour Cream, and a sprinkle of Green Onions.
Colossal Pretzel from Pongu Pongu
In a world filled with Mickey Pretzels, do yourself a favor and head over to Pandora – The World of Avatar and instead grab the Colossal Pretzel from Pongu Pongu. Served with a side of beer cheese sauce, it’s one of our favorite giant snacks to eat in all of Disney World!
Cheeseburger Pods from Satu’li Canteen
We’re staying in Pandora for our next snack — Cheeseburger Pods from Satu’li Canteen! This is a great food item that’s somewhere between a snack and a meal. It’s big enough to hold you over between meals, but it definitely won’t bog you down in the middle of a hot afternoon. Plus they’re super tasty!
Corn Dog Nuggets from Westward Ho
While we (STILL) wait for Casey’s Corner to reopen in Magic Kingdom, we can enjoy the park’s iconic Corn Dog Nuggets over at Westward Ho in Frontierland. Rather than try to deal with eating a regular corn dog (which can be tricky and messy), these bite-size delights are a popular choice for guests who need a quick pick-me-up.
Poutine at Refreshment Port
You don’t have to make an Advance Dining Reservation at Le Cellier to enjoy a plate of poutine! Just hop over to Refreshment Port as you make your way around World Showcase. You can typically find seasonal poutine varieties during EPCOT’s four festivals. If you aren’t in EPCOT, you can find delicious poutine dishes at The Daily Poutine in Disney Springs!
Ronto Wrap at Ronto Roasters
Not only is the Ronto Wrap a great snack, it’s one of our favorite newer snacks in Disney World! You can easily split this with someone in your family, and the fact that it’s handheld makes it easy to eat on the move. Ronto Roasters is a great pit stop during your trip to Galaxy’s Edge. (They have a great breakfast version of the Ronto Wrap, too!)
Fresh Fruit Waffle Sandwich from Sleepy Hollow
This next one is definitely a dish we would recommend sharing, unless you want this to count as one of your meals for the day! The Fresh Fruit Waffle Sandwich from Sleepy Hollow is another favorite of ours, and it even gives you a serving of fruit for the day (See? Snacking in Disney World can be healthy!).
California Cheese and Charcuterie Plate from BaseLine Tap House
Finally, we highly recommend you check out BaseLine Tap House on your next trip to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. In fact, we dare say this may be more worthy of a trip than Oga’s Cantina in Galaxy’s Edge! We love Oga’s, but BaseLine Tap House offers a wide variety of beers to enjoy, plus a tasty Charcuterie Board for just $10!
