Carrot Cake Cookie – Disney’s Hollywood Studios

This “cookie” is like a  delicious carrot cake whoopie pie. It will definitely impress your cookie-eating friends and family! The Carrot Cake Cookie was originally sold at the Writers Stop then later moved to Trolley Car Cafe after the Stop closed. It’s made with a layer of cream cheese frosting sandwiched between two moist rounds of carrot cake.

The Carrot Cake Cookie is a piece of Hollywood Studios’ history, and it’s so good!

Lunch Box Tart – Woody’s Lunch Box

Looking to get creative? Woody’s Lunch Box is home to the popular Lunch Box Tarts. The tarts are inspired by, you guessed it, Pop-Tarts! They’ve been kicked up a notch with fresh shortbread and fantastic fillings. The sandwich cookies are also very similar to the popular Pop’t Art treats which were featured at the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts.

Zebra Domes – Boma

We’ve already veered off the cookie path, so let’s keep going! Ever heard of Zebra Domes? They’re a snack staple served only at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. The domes are made with layers of chocolate cake, Amarula Cream Liquor mousse, with white and dark chocolate ganache. They’re fun little creations that are a great baking challenge!

Jack-Jack’s Num Num Cookies – Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Ok, back to real cookies! These ooey-gooey chocolate chip cookies are inspired by the Incredi-baby from The Incredibles. Mr. Incredible tries to tame his wild baby, Jack-Jack with cookies. (Spoiler: It doesn’t really work out!) Disney created the real thing and put the cookies in the theme parks. The cookies are as thick as a tart and best served warm and melty.

Pixar fans would LOVE to indulge in a Num Num cookie. The cookies would definitely be a crowd-favorite choice!

The BoardWalk Bakery is a hidden gem for freshly baked goods and a surprisingly good grilled cheese sandwich! Pecan Shortbread Cookies are crisp, light, and not too sweet. It’s a great choice for cookie-lovers who don’t want to be overpowered with sugar!

We recently tried a version of the pecan shortbread cookies at Jock Lindsey’s Holiday Bar, and they were so good. The cookies had just the right amount of butter and pecan taste that made them a hit for us!
