PHOTOS: Construction Has Begun for Disney World’s Entrance Sign Makeover

Earlier this week, it was announced that Disney World’s iconic entrance sign would be getting a makeover!

And it looks like Disney has wasted no time in progress being made because construction has already begun!

Once completed, the project will look like the artist rendering that Disney World released this week.

Already, you can see progress being made on the bright blue backdrop that will welcome guests to the Most Magical Place on Earth!

Once you get a little closer, you can see the bright blue that will be featured on the iconic sign.

While work was being done, there was a sign to let drivers know that a lane would be closed, so make sure to be prepared for potential lane blockage while construction is ongoing.
