NEWS! Tambu Lounge Will Reopen at Disney’s Polynesian Resort This Weekend!

Gradually, we’ve seen hotels, pools, restaurants, and more reopen or announce future reopening dates around Walt Disney World.

Recently, we announced that a popular lounge at one of the Disney resorts would be reopening soon, and now we have the official date and time for the reopening!

If you head up to the second floor of Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, you will find Tambu Lounge located just next to ‘Ohana.

You can sit back in one of the chairs in this relaxing spot, order a Lapu Lapu and some delicious snacks, and really transport yourself to a tropical paradise!

Recently, we shared with you that Tambu Lounge would be reopening soon. When we checked for any availability at this spot today, there were “No times available.”

But…when we checked for availability for this Sunday, we saw some official times listed. That’s right — Tambu Lounge will officially be reopening this Sunday, August 16th, from 4PM to 11PM.

We checked a couple other dates for next week…

…and the following week as well, and they all showed the same 4PM to 11PM availability.

So, it looks like Tambu Lounge will be open daily, starting August 16th, from 4PM to 11PM.

We aren’t exactly sure what will be on the menu when it reopens, but we’ll definitely let you know as we learn more!
