If you’re in Disney Springs and looking for a quick meal to go, the food trucks on the West Side are a great place to grab a bite and relax for a moment!
Although the 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa and Cookie Dough and Everything Sweet Food Trucks have already reopened, the rest have joined in their reopening starting today.
While we noticed that the Hot Diggity Dogs and Mac and Cheese Food Trucks had arrived in Disney Springs earlier this week, they are reopened as of today.
So, if you happen to be near Exposition Park have a craving for some mac and cheese (us all the time), make sure to head over to check out the rest of the food trucks while you’re in the Springs today!
And, while you’re in Disney Springs, you can take a look at the progress on the new Shine Bar and Social over at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ that will be opening soon too!
