Disney Springs will start to open third-party restaurants and stores starting May 20th, with the opening of Disney-owned shops and restaurants to follow the week after.
Although Wine Bar George and Joffrey’s Coffee are some of the locations slated to re-open, there are a few more spots getting added to the line-up!
The Patina Restaurant Group will be starting a “Dine Safe: Commitment to Care” program when their restaurants re-open on May 22nd.
The Patina Restaurants include Vivoli il Gelato, Morimoto Asia, Morimoto Asia Street Food, and Pizza Ponte in Disney Springs. The new program will be following CDC guidelines to minimize contact risk and adhere to increased health protocols.
The Dine Safe program will ask for guests and employees to comply by the new standards for dining locations. Guests will be required to wear face masks at all times when they are not eating or drinking. The dining room layout will promote spatial distancing, while there are frequent sanitization efforts like hourly disinfecting of high-touch surfaces. There will be hand-sanitizing stations all throughout the locations, and there will be designated entrances and exits to control traffic in the restaurants.
Employees will participate in health checks before they start work for the day. They must wash their hands before beginning anything, and they will be required to wash and sanitize every 20 minutes during their shifts. They are also required to wear masks while they are at work. Before starting up again, employees will be trained in a “Dine Safe” Training Program so they are aware of all the new health and safety protocols.
The Patina Group Restaurants will be open with limited menus for lunch and dinner and hours that are subject to change:
- Vivoli il Gelato – Open from 10AM to 10PM
- Morimoto Asia (Main Dining Room Dinner Service) – Open from 4:30PM to 9PM
- Morimoto Asia Street Food (Outdoor Dining Lunch & Dinner Service) – Open from 11:30AM to 9PM
- Pizza Ponte (Indoor/Outdoor Dining Lunch & Dinner Service) – Open from 12PM to 8PM
