The Disney Wonder Sets Sail from New Orleans!

After Disney conquered land (and our hearts) with their amazing parks, they set forth to conquer the sea.

For years, the Disney Cruise Line has set sail from ports around the world, but now the Disney Wonder is coming to the Big Easy!

For the first time ever, a Disney Cruise ship is calling New Orleans its homeport — The Wonder has just started their limited-time engagement sailing from New Orleans, with plans to return to let the good times roll in early 2021 as well! All of the cruises launched from New Orleans will be headed around the Bahamas, Caribbean, and Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay.

As part of the celebration for the first voyage, Princess Tiana, Prince Naveen, and a classic brass band bid the departing cruise bon voyage!

The Wonder is also taking parts of Princess and the Frog with you on the journey. Tiana’s Place is the main restaurant on board, which celebrates the flavors of New Orleans.
