This is an opportunity to spend time with and learn from the Contemporary Catering Chefs, Sommelier, and Service Staff.
The experience begins with an “innovative reception” and champagne toast in the Catering Kitchen and then progresses through a secret entrance to the Chef’s Table for a six-course meal presented and finished onstage — and paired with wine.

- Friday, November 1, 2019 featuring Jarvis Estate
- Saturday, November 9, 2019 featuring Chappellet
Price: $259 per Guest, plus tax, gratuity included.
