If Disney Is Going To Share a Behind-The-Scenes Look, We’re Going To Be Glued to Our Phones

One of the highlights of the World Showcase is the American Adventure Pavilion, specifically The American Adventure Show.

This amazing show takes you on a trip through American history, and Disney just released a behind-the-scenes look at how it works.

This video takes guest behind the scenes to reveal the magic of how all the incredible animatronics in this show work.

It uses a carriage of multiple show sets that rolls out from underneath the seat of the theater. That means while you’re watching the show, the sets are moving underneath you!

Then, when it’s time, each set is hydraulically lifted into place. As described in the video, the system works similarly to an elevator that is on its side. This huge structure carries over 35 different animatronics.

This show is really about the actual people of American history, the everyday citizens and soldiers who bring life to our country. It was so amazing to see such an in-depth behind-the-scenes look at this show, and we hope to see Disney do this more in the future.
