The 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival runs from August 27th through November 21st, and that means you’ve got nearly three months of festival exploring, Eat to the Beat concerts, and, of course, all the delicious festival food to enjoy.

While many of our favorite festival experiences will be returning, we’re expecting a whole lot of new and different ones to be part of the festivities as well. From new eats to new merch and even a new restaurant, the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival is going to be different this year!
We can’t wait for the 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival to begin, and we’re expecting this year to be a little bit different — in a good way!
New Menu Items
While menus for this year’s Food & Wine Festival haven’t been revealed yet — and likely won’t until much closer to the festival’s start date — each year, a ton of new menu items are revealed for the event. We’re expecting this year to be much of the same!

We do know that three menu items have been confirmed for this year’s Food & Wine Festival:
- Street Corn-style Dumplings: Chicken Dumplings with Tomatillo Salsa Verde, Street Corn Salad, Cotija, Lime Crema, and Cilantro (Gyozas of the Galaxy)
- Grilled Bushberry-spiced Shrimp Skewer with Sweet-and-Sour Vegetables and Coconut-Chilie Sauce (Australia)
- Kirschwasser Torte with Cherry-Brandy Buttercream, Fondant, Sugared Almonds, and Cherry Compote (The Alps)

We loved the dumplings last year, and the shrimp skewer is always one of our favorites!
3 Snacks Are RETURNING To EPCOT’s Food and Wine Festival
A NEW Snack Stand — La Poutinerie
La Poutinerie Hosted by Air Canada is coming to the former Refreshment Port in the Canada Pavilion at EPCOT on July 1st, and since Refreshment Port has traditionally been home to special festival eats, we’re hoping La Poutinerie will be the same.

Either way, though, there will be some new eats to try at this spot! Disney released the full menu, which includes the Québec: L’authentique Poutine, made with French fries, cheese curds, and brown gravy; the Montréal Viande Fumée made with French fries, cheese curds, smoked meat, pickles, and mustard gravy; and a Spiced Apple Mule.

New Merchandise
We LOVE all of the Food & Wine merchandise that’s released each year, and this year will bring some new designs that will no doubt be popular. Disney hasn’t shared a sneak peek at any of the souvenirs just yet, but we’re looking forward to seeing what’s in the lineup.

We usually see items like Loungefly and Lug bags, shirts, ears, home goods, and all kinds of other souvenirs to commemorate your trip!
New Concerts
The Eat to the Beat Concert Series is a traditional offering at the annual EPCOT International Food & Wine Festivals. Shows are held at the America Gardens Theatre at World Showcase in EPCOT. Every year, national touring musicians and local acts perform on the stage, and we typically see new acts from year to year.

Disney hasn’t announced the full lineup for this year’s festival, but we’re expecting some new and returning favorites!

What are you most excited about at this year’s EPCOT Food & Wine Festival? Let us know in the comments below.

Will they ever bring back the festival center and demonstration kitchens and various classes/tutorials? You would think they made a good bit of $ off of those, and they made it feel like the festival was actually focused on the background of food/wine.
