Disney’s Pop Century Resort is hiding one of the best snack deals at all of Walt Disney World, and it’s not even inside a theme park.

While most guests are busy chasing churros on Main Street or waiting in line for Dole Whip at the Magic Kingdom, savvy Disney travelers already know that Pop Century’s Everything POP Shopping & Dining location is quietly serving up some seriously underrated treats. If you’re staying at Pop Century, or even just willing to make the trip, there are two snacks worth rerouting your entire day for.
The Star: Tie-Dye Cheesecake ($5.99)
Let’s start with the one that earns the trip. The Tie-Dye Cheesecake at Pop Century is one of the most iconic snacks at any Disney resort hotel, full stop. For just $5.99, you get a cheesecake that’s as visually striking as it is tasty, with layers of color swirled together to give it that classic tie-dye look.

Here’s the thing that surprises most people: there’s no traditional graham cracker crust. Instead, the base is a red velvet cake, which is fluffy and serves as a nice contrast to the thick, dense cheesecake sitting on top.

The cheesecake itself has a light cream cheese flavor that isn’t overly sweet, which actually works in its favor. It’s approachable for guests who aren’t die-hard cheesecake fans, and it won’t send you into a sugar spiral before an afternoon at the parks. The food coloring doesn’t affect the flavor at all, which is a genuine relief.

This one is fun, photogenic, and genuinely delicious enough to warrant a resort detour.
The Honorable Mention: PB&J Croissant ($5.99)
Don’t sleep on the PB&J Croissant, because it deserves its own spotlight. Also priced at $5.99, this one looks like a dessert pastry but eats like a full meal.

Half the croissant is dusted with powdered sugar, and the other half is topped with a vibrant berry-colored frosting and dried berries. The frosting is mostly decorative and doesn’t add much to the flavor profile, but what’s inside more than makes up for it.

The croissant is generously stuffed with peanut butter and strawberry jelly, and we do mean stuffed. You’ll want a fork and knife for this one. The peanut butter is whipped and slightly sweet, which gives the whole thing a dessert-like quality that’s reminiscent of a peanut butter pie. It’s an elevated take on a childhood classic, and honestly it’s better than most versions of PB&J we’ve ever had. One heads-up for grape jelly loyalists: strawberry is the star here, so adjust your expectations accordingly. It’s big enough to share or substantial enough to count as a light meal, which makes the price feel like a genuine win.
Worth the Trip
Whether you’re a Pop Century guest or you’re coming in from another resort entirely, these two snacks are worth building into your Disney day. The Tie-Dye Cheesecake is the main event, a resort-exclusive treat that delivers on both presentation and flavor. The PB&J Croissant is a close runner-up that might actually satisfy hunger better than most theme park snacks at twice the price.
