We love saving money around here, that’s no secret, and we share all the latest deals, discounts, and news to help you save on your upcoming trips as well!

When you’re heading to Disney World, especially during the holiday season, you may be tempted to skip the lines in the park during this busy season by purchasing Lightning Lane Multi Pass or Lightning Lane Single Pass. This is certainly a way to make sure you can get a lot done on your Disney World trip, but it’ll cost you a pretty penny, especially if you’re traveling with a larger group. However, there ARE days that are more expensive than others, so avoiding booking Lightning Lanes on those days can help you save a few dollars!

When you book Lightning Lane Multi Pass in Disney World, while you need to start in whatever park you choose to purchase it for (and your first three choices must be in that park when you book), you can hop to other parks and use it there too at no additional cost! In our experience, one of the best ways to do this is to go to Animal Kingdom first to purchase your Lightning Lane Multi Pass at the cheapest price, knock out the rides, then hop to another park and use your Lightning Lanes there. Just know that some of the most popular ones will likely already be booked at that point, but you can keep checking back on your My Disney Experience app throughout the day to see if new times pop up, since people do cancel their Lightning Lanes all the time.
