Disney’s Animal Kingdom Is Going To Look VERY Different Next Week

Can we talk about a WEIRD feeling for a second? Ever walk into a place you’ve been a million times, but something feels…off? Maybe the furniture was shifted a few inches to the right. Maybe a wall was taken out of a room. It just feels DIFFERENT! Well, Disney’s Animal Kingdom is going to look (and feel) VERY different next week! Be prepared!

On November 7th, Disney’s Animal Kingdom park will officially welcome a new attraction, Zootopia: Better Zoogether!. We can’t believe the day is almost here. So, what do you need to know before you go?

The brand-new show, Zootopia: Better Zoogether!, is located in the Tree of Life theatre, where “It’s Tough to Be a Bug” used to be. The show will see all kinds of animals joining together to bring us along for rousing performances from several of the diverse biomes within the world of Zootopia. During this show, the Tree of Life Theatre will become the epicenter of Zoogether Day. (You can see a FIRST LOOK inside the theatre below!)

Heidi Howler, the wolf host, will be presenting a watch party where the audience will catch all the festivities via livestream, while the “Carrot Vision” glasses will allow us to become part of the watch party experience and join in celebrating. Of course, the show will feature some of your favorite characters from Disney’s hit, Zootopia — including Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde. We seriously can’t wait for this all-new attraction!

The attraction will also feature a brand-new Clawhauser Animatronic, which Disney has already given us an early sneak peek at. He’s wearing his sparkly Gazelle T-shirt, glow necklaces, and bracelets. He must be ready for the performance that Gazelle will put on for all of us!

Disney did confirm that Zootopia: Better Zoogether WILL be included in the Lightning Lane Multi Pass attraction lineup! It will be available when the attraction opens next week. We could see a lot more people buying the Lightning Lane Multi Pass to skip the line at this brand-new attraction, so make sure you get it early. Of course, the standby line will always be an option, too.
