Disney World’s newest restaurant is soft opening!
We just got a peek into what will await us on the menu once Bourbon Steak officially arrives at Disney World, but it seems that Chef Mina just couldn’t hold back any longer! Bourbon Steak will soft open for dinner on July 24th and 25th, and we know it’s a meal you won’t want to miss! Here’s what we know so far.
Notable chef and restaurateur Michael Mina has just officially welcomed his latest creation, Bourbon Steak, into the Disney World lineup of restaurant’s and we couldn’t be more excited for this new brand. This restaurant’s opening marks the first of its kind in Orlando and is located at Disney World’s Dolphin Resort, where the former Shula’s Steak House was located.
Bourbon Steak is looking to redefine the modern steakhouse by combining the finest ingredients, meticulous techniques, and unparalleled hospitality to deliver a dining experience that balances timeless traditions with a contemporary edge. The restaurant joins the already existing 23 restaurants and lounges that call Disney’s Swan and Dolphin Resorts home. And since the celebration just couldn’t wait, Bourbon Steak has decided the restaurant will welcome its first visitors tonight and tomorrow as a soft opening, before its grand opening date of July 26th.
If the peek we got at the inside of the restaurant and menu taught us anything, it means we’re in for a treat of a meal with an unparalleled experience.
