Location REVEALED for New Steak Restaurant Coming to Disney World

If you love a great steak, you’re going to want to listen up for the latest restaurant coming to Disney World.

Yachtsman Steakhouse

Disney World is home to some of the best steak experiences you can find in a theme park setting, offering cuts that rival high-end steakhouses. Whether you’re dining at Le Cellier Steakhouse in EPCOT’s Canada Pavilion, known for its rich, buttery filet mignon, or savoring the perfectly grilled ribeye at Yachtsman Steakhouse near Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, the quality and flavor are consistently top-notch. Even more casual spots like Steakhouse 71 at Disney’s Contemporary Resort deliver expertly cooked steaks with creative sides and sauces. With a wide range of options from classic preparations to more adventurous takes, steak lovers will find Disney World a surprisingly indulgent destination. Soon, there will be another restaurant to add to the list.

Over at Disney’s Swan and Dolphin Resort, Bourbon Steak, a Michael Mina Restaurant, is working on opening its doors. Bourbon Steak will replace Shula’s Steakhouse. As of June 16th, reservations for the restaurant are available on OpenTable.com for dates starting July 26th, 2025. However, the restaurant has not confirmed this as its official opening date, so it may open earlier.

If you look at the resort map below of the Dolphin Resort, you can see that it is where number 1 is on the map. As you enter the Dolphin Resort, it will be to your left.

Earlier this month, we reported that the Swan and Dolphin shared photos of the new restaurant. We get a glimpse of the restaurant, including the dark, moody interior.

We can’t forget to mention the warm beignets with different sauces. It looks like guests will soon have a lot to look forward to when this restaurant opens.

We were huge fans of Shula’s Steak House, so we were saddened to see its doors close. That being said, we’ve gotten a glimpse at what Bourbon Steak has to offer by stopping by its location in Southern California. The visit to this location has us excited to see what this restaurant will bring to Disney World soon.
