When spending a long day exploring the parks at Disney World, staying hydrated is essential, especially under the hot Florida sun.

With miles of walking, hours in the heat, and plenty of salty snacks, it’s easy to get dehydrated without even realizing it. Disney allows guests to bring their own refillable water bottles, which makes it convenient and cost-effective to keep cool and hydrated throughout the day. Knowing where to find refill stations can save you time and money and help you avoid the overpriced bottled water in the parks.
Each of the four main Disney World parks, Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom, offers multiple water bottle refill stations. These are usually located near restrooms, Quick Service dining spots, or transportation hubs. They are usually well-maintained and easily accessible once you know where to look. Cast Members are always happy to point you in the right direction if you’re having trouble locating one. You can also locate them on the MyDisney app.

You are absolutely allowed (and encouraged!) to bring your own refillable water bottle into the parks. Stainless steel, insulated, and even themed Disney bottles are all popular options among guests. Refill stations are a convenient way to top off your bottle without waiting in line at food stands or spending extra money. With a bit of planning and awareness of refill station locations, staying hydrated at Disney World can be simple, refreshing, and sustainable.
