Downtown Disney at Disneyland Resort is home to lots of shops and restaurants, similar to Disney Springs at Disney World.

Several new restaurants have recently opened at Downtown Disney, with more on the horizon. We’ve been watching closely as progress is made to the upcoming new locations. Parkside Market will feature FOUR new restaurants, and while we’ve been waiting for menus and opening dates for these spots, we now have some exciting news!
Parkside Market is located on the west end of Downtown Disney. While we’ve been waiting for so long, we finally saw the menus for the four new restaurants on the Parkside Market website!

The first of four dining locations is Sip & Sonder.

You’ll be able to enjoy signature lattes, fresh treats, and frozen drinks at this Black women-owned café.

There are specialty drinks, a kid’s menu, and breakfast and pastry items.

Seoul Sister is “a fast-casual modern eatery that will serve a Korean-forward menu based on bibimbap (Korean rice bowls) with a California twist.” The menu features signature bowls, appetizers, grab & go items, and Korean-inspired drinks.

There’ is also a kids’ menu featuring three bowl options.

At GG’s Chicken Shop, you’ll find family-friendly chicken options, salads, and classic dinner table sides. The Downtown Disney location is the first GG’s Chicken Shop on the West Coast!

You’ll also find a limited kids’ menu here, as well, plus some classic home desserts like Chocolate Dirt Pudding.

Vista Parkside Market is on the second story of the building and offers great views and craft cocktails and mocktails!

There are specialty cocktails…

…frozen drinks, shareable sangrias, beer…

…sparkling & rosé, white…

…and red wines. Don’t forget about the zero proof options also available here!

What’s also exciting, is not only did we spot these new menus, but Disney has also listed opening times on the website for all four of these restaurants starting TODAY, January 4th! All four of these new locations have quietly soft opened, so be sure to head over to Parkside Market to check them out. Sip & Sonder opens at 7AM and closes at 11 PM, while the other three locations all open at 11 AM and close at 11 PM daily.

We’ll be heading there soon to eat and drink our way around the market, so be sure to keep following AllEars for updates!
