NEWS: DATE Announced for Reservations Opening for Roundup Rodeo BBQ in Disney World

Get out your calendars — Roundup Rodeo BBQ is opening soon in Disney World and we’ve got some important information you need to know!

Roundup Rodeo BBQ is a family-style table service restaurant that will officially open on March 23rd, 2023. It’ll be located in Toy Story Land in Disney’s Hollywood Studios and will serve up a variety of eats including watermelon salad, smoked ribs, beef brisket, slow-smoked cauliflower, cowpoke corn on the cob, and MORE. But how will you get a seat here? Well, you’ll need a reservation and now we know when you can make one!

Disney has revealed that dining reservations for Roundup Rodeo BBQ will become available on February 21st. So mark those calendars because you DO NOT want to miss out on that date.

Remember that dining reservations can only be made 60 days in advance, so be sure to check and see if you’re within the window for your upcoming reservation. The only exception is Disney World hotel guests who can make reservations for the ENTIRE length of their stay (for up to a 10-night stay) at that 60-day mark.

If your 60-day window isn’t open yet, be sure to calculate when it’ll begin and set a calendar reminder for the date that applies to your trip.

This will be a BRAND new restaurant in the park and will be Toy Story-themed too, so we expect it could be an especially popular pick for all kinds of families and adults.

If you’re wondering just what the story of this place is (you know Disney spots often have elaborate backstories!) it all starts with Andy. Turns out Andy has created a new rodeo arena for his toys. When you step inside, you’ll become an honorary toy and join in on the fun!

The dining room showcases a toy rodeo “in full swing” with life-size figures of some characters. Jessie and Trixie are the main ones you’ll see in the first space, and you’ll want to look for Bo Poop and her sheep in the second room.

Remember that because this restaurant is INSIDE of the park, you’ll need a valid ticket to Hollywood Studios and a valid Park Pass for the date of your reservation. If you have a Park Hopper ticket, you could use it to hop to Hollywood Studios, but keep in mind that hopping doesn’t start until 2PM and it is subject to availability.
