A Baby Yoda Recipe?! We’re Listening.

The Force is definitely with us in this new runDisney recipe!

While we’re counting down the days until the next runDisney marathon, Disney has recently come out with a new smoothie recipe — and would it really be a Disney recipe if it wasn’t themed after one of our favorite Star Wars characters?

Originally shared on the runDisney website, The Green Grogu Smoothie is perfectly simple to make and chock-full of clean ingredients like fresh kiwi and spinach. It’s a great snack choice to keep you happy and healthy!

Ingredients

• 1  kiwi, peeled
• 2 packs of GoGo squeeZ Applesauce
• 1 teaspoon lime juice
• 1 handful of baby spinach
• 1/2 cup ice, crushed
• Garnish: 2 blueberries on a toothpick for eyes and two 1/4 portions of kiwi to put on rim of glass for ears
• Optional: mint leaves

Directions

1. Combine ingredients in blender
2. Blend until smooth and pour into glass
3. Place a toothpick with blueberries across glass for eyes
4. Cut two slits in the center of the 1/4 portions of kiwi (skin on) and place on either side of toothpick for ears

This treat is not only adorable, but it’s also full of antioxidants, Vitamin C, and other health benefits that’ll be sure to keep you running while we wait for the next runDisney event!
