Resort guests tend to fall into one of two categories, relaxed vacationers and full throttle park hitters. Certainly, some of us fall somewhere in the middle or change from trip to trip. Those who hit the parks from open to close (Hi. My name is Lisa) don’t necessarily see more than our resort rooms and the check-in desk. People who take breaks and days off from the parks enjoy the pool(s), dining, activities, and other things that elude me.

My last visit to Disneyland (Anaheim, CA) included running amuck in the Disneyland Hotel. The lobby has been completely made over in silver, magenta, purple, and blue. The geometric carpet bears a striking resemblance to it’s a small world’s exterior. I want it.
