This Popular Airline Just Got a MAJOR Upgrade

May 22nd was a big day for Star Wars fans thanks to the release of the new Mandalorian and Grogu film, which also coincided with the new missions released on Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run in Disney World and Disneyland, along with themed eats in both Galaxy’s Edge lands.

The excitement doesn’t stop there, though, because now, if you’re flying with Alaska Airlines, it’s possible you may get the INCREDIBLE new plane they just debuted. Yes, it’s totally themed to The Mandalorian and Grogu!

Alaska Airlines and Disney have teamed up to give their unique Disneyland Resort Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge-themed aircraft a Mandalorian and Grogu themed makeover, all in celebration of the new film that’s now in theaters, as well as the new missions at Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run.

The plane now has the Mandalorian and Grogu logo on the side, and on the day of the plane’s debut, there were Grogu ears and special bags waiting for passengers.

The Mandalorian and Grogu were also present to say hello to travelers. Can you imagine showing up to the airport and finding out THIS is the plane you got to fly on? Talk about an unforgettable moment!

If you’re flying with Alaska Airlines soon and want to see if this is the plane you’ll be flying on, you can check websites like Flight Aware to check where the Boeing 737-800 plane is. The tail number is N538AS, which is what you’ll want to look up when searching. The plane is currently flying all across Alaska Airlines’ routes, so you never know where you may find it. Currently, the plane seems to be flying the most between Portland, Santa Ana, Seattle, Palm Springs, Chicago, and San Jose, just to name a few.
