We’ve already been seeing topiaries pop up around EPCOT for Flower and Garden, but now Disney has just teased a sneak peek at the menus. We’re sharing it all with you, so buckle up!

EPCOT’s Flower & Garden Festival will take place from March 4th to June 1st this year, and we’re already looking forward to it all. We’re so excited that Disney JUST revealed the new menu items, so let’s get straight into it.

The first thing they teased is the Blackened Fish Slider, with a fresh fried green tomato, Cajun remoulade, on a brioche bun. It will be located in World Celebration.

Next is the Ceviche that includes shrimp with a colander combo of mango, avocado, cucumber, lime, cilantro, tomato, and jalapenos, served with plantain chips. This will be located between France and Morocco.

We can’t stop thinking about the Lemon Tart with lemon curd, blood orange fluid gel, a plant-based meringue, and raspberry powder.
