Best Eats
These were our favorite entrees of the festival, in no particular order!
Crème de Brie en Petit Pain — L’Art de la Cuisine Française
We love the Crème de Brie en Petit Pain made with warm, creamy brie and served in a house-made bread bowl for $10.25. This dish is bread and cheese, and it is just so ooey, gooey, creamy, and comforting. The bread was a bit denser this year, which could be good or bad depending on your preferences.

Gâteau de Crabe, Bisque de Homard, Crème Citron et Aneth — L’Art de la Cuisine Française
The Gâteau de Crabe, Bisque de Homard, Crème Citron et Aneth for $11.95 is a must. It is a crab cake, lobster bisque, and lemon-dill sour cream. The crab cake is meaty and moist, covered in panko breadcrumbs. The lobster bisque did a wonderful job of adding a creamy element, and the flavors complement the crab cake well. The finishing touch was the lemon-dill sour cream. All the components come together for a well-balanced, delicious dish.

Red Wine-braised Beef Short Rib — Pastoral Palate
You’ll love the Red Wine-braised Beef Short Rib for $8.79. It’s plated with parsnip purée, broccolini, baby tomatoes, and balsamic glaze. The red wine glaze is perfection. The rib is cooked perfectly, and when you cut into it, it feels like cutting butter. The parsnip purée is really sweet. The broccoli was tasty, and the tomatoes were a great addition, while the balsamic glaze balanced out the entire dish.

Deconstructed BLT — The Deconstructed Dish
At The Deconstructed Dish, you can grab the Deconstructed BLT for $7.29. It comes with pork belly, soft poached egg, onion bread pudding, watercress espuma, and tomato jam. We have enjoyed this in other years, and this year we would consider this a HUGE hit. Once you figure out how to eat it (grabbing small bits of every part together in one bite was what worked best for us), it was one of our favorite things at the festival. The pork belly was juicy and flavorful, and everything paired so perfectly together.

Tostada de Cangrejo — El Artista Hambriento
We really enjoyed the Tostada de Cangrejo for $9.50. It’s a crispy corn tortilla with guacamole, lump crab, mango, crispy onions, and hot sauce. We loved the sweet and bright mango chunks, crunchy onions, and a hot sauce that reminded us of Tabasco. The beef tenderloin was nice and juicy, while the poblano pepper added some heat.

Citrus-braised Beet Tartare — Gourmet Landscapes
The Citrus-braised Beet Tartare for $5.49 comes with golden beet “egg yolk,” mustard vinaigrette, pickled mustard seeds, pickled mushrooms, spiced pistachios, and “feta” snow. The plant-based “feta” truly tastes like the real thing, while the spiced pistachios add a subtle, peppery heat that keeps the flavors lively. It’s served on a crisp crustini, offering every bite a balanced and satisfying feel.

Popcorn Chicken and Waffles — Figment’s Inspiration Station
The brand-new Popcorn Chicken and Waffles was a big hit with us! It’s complete with Rainbow Popcorn, Popcorn Chicken, Mini Mozzarella, and Maple Syrup, for $6.79. This is one of our FAVORITE snacks at the whole festival. It’s a perfect mixture of sweet and savory, and it’s portable to boot, making it easy to carry around the park.

Best Desserts
The best desserts of the festival, in no particular order, were…
Éclair au Chocolat et à l’Orange, Crème à l’Orange, Ganache au Chocolat, Croustillant de Noisettes et Oranges Confites — L’Art de la Cuisine Française
A great dessert is the Éclair au Chocolat et à l’Orange, Crème à l’Orange, Ganache au Chocolat, Croustillant de Noisettes et Oranges Confites for $8.95. Yes, that’s the full name of the treat. It is a chocolate-orange éclair with orange cream, chocolate ganache, crispy hazelnut, and candied oranges. It wasn’t perfectly moist, but it was much better than normal! Orange and dark chocolate are a great combination, and they come together well in this dessert. The pastry was flaky and soft, the cream was citrusy and smooth, and the ganache added a rich, dark chocolate flavor.

Frozen French Martini — L’Art de la Cuisine Française
The Frozen French Martini for $15.50 is as good as it sounds. It is made with Grey Goose Vodka, Chambord Liqueur, DOLE Pineapple Juice, Minute Maid Orange Juice, and grape juice with lemon-lime foam. This drink is very fruity and sweet, and the lemon-lime foam on top helped balance the sweetness with a bit of acidity.

Black Forest Cake — Pastoral Palate
The Black Forest Cake for $4.99 is an excellent dessert. The dish is chocolate mousse over cake, and it’s accompanied by morello cherries and topped with chantilly cream. We couldn’t get enough of the chocolate mousse – we went through it so fast. The cream on top was very similar to whipped cream, and the cherries were cooked through the mousse.

Passion Fruit Paleta — El Artista Hambriento
Grab the Passion Fruit Paleta for $6.50. This is a tropical passion fruit ice pop filled with sweetened condensed milk and chili-lime seasoning. It has kind of a spicy-salty vibe going on with the outside, while the center is sweet and fruity.

Dark Chocolate Torte — The Artist’s Table
The Dark Chocolate Torte for $6.49 is a flourless chocolate cake with whipped cream and raspberries. It has a rich dark chocolate flavor minus the bitterness dark chocolate usually has. The crispies add a great crunch, and the raspberries and cream a great freshness.

Enchanted Rose — Opening Bites
We can say so much about the Enchanted Rose. This $6.49 treat is a dark chocolate mousse rose. The dish is aesthetically adorable, capturing both the magic of Beauty and the Beast and the Festival of the Arts. The treat has a nice chocolate taste, with the added crunch of the cookie balancing with the mousse.

Figment Fantasy Cake — Figment’s Inspiration Station
We need more of the Figment Fantasy Cake, which you can get for $5.79. This sponge cake is filled with strawberry whipped cream and topped with white chocolate ganache and orange icing. It’s essentially a piece of strawberry shortcake with an overload of sugar and strawberry. If that sounds appealing, then you’ll probably LOVE it.

We were impressed with many of the dishes at this year’s festival! It definitely made it hard to choose our favorite items. Make sure to stay tuned to AllEars for all your Disney World news and even more coverage of the 2026 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts!
