Disney World Is Now Hiring for Your New Dream Job

If you’ve ever dreamed of becoming a performer at Walt Disney World, your opportunity is approaching!

There they are!

Disney is now casting actors for the park’s first Bluey and Bingo character experience, which will be coming to Conservation Station at Disney’s Animal Kingdom in summer 2026. Let’s take a look at the details!

This summer at Animal Kingdom, the beloved sisters from the hit TV show Bluey will be coming to Disney World for the very first time! The casting call was posted by Disney Live Entertainment and stated that they are seeking “high-energy performers to host and lead games inspired by the series.”

They also said they are looking for actors who would be comfortable hosting large groups, working with children, and improvising during the interactive experience.

The casting notice lists potential rehearsals starting in early May 2026. So far, Disney has only confirmed this experience is coming in summer, but this rehearsal timeline gives us a better of clue of when it could open! Cool Kids’ Summer officially begins on May 26th, so it’s possible Disney is aiming to open the Bluey experience by that date.

You can submit for the audition online, but you don’t have much time left. Online submission is open right now and will be open through January 23rd, 2026. Disney will hold potential in-person callbacks on February 27th in Orlando, with callback notifications sent by February 6th.

Disney recently filed a permit for Animal Kingdom, and although the permit doesn’t explicitly announce a new attraction or experience, the permit was filed under Disney Live Entertainment and outlines work that appears to be situated near Conservation Station.

So, we have a hunch what the permit is for since it’s in the exact area Disney World recently announced will be home to a brand new Bluey meet and greet coming this summer. Again, nothing is 100% confirmed, as Disney typically files permits for a wide range of operational needs, maintenance, and entertainment support that don’t always translate into public-facing changes immediately. However, due to timing and placement, and Disney World’s Bluey and Bingo announcement, we’re starting to put the pieces together.
