Can you believe it is almost 2026?! If you are ringing in the New Year at Disney World, then you can grab some special New Year’s Eve treats in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Magic Kingdom, and Disney Springs. It’s hard work celebrating the New Year, so you will definitely need some yummy fuel!

Of course, if there are new food options, we are on the case! We recently stopped by to try out two of the exclusive New Year’s Eve treats, and we are bringing you our reviews. We are about to find out if these treats are worthy to ring in the New Year!
First up, we tried the Happy “Root Beer” Float for $7.59. You can find this at Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies in Magic Kingdom. It is root beer with vanilla soft-serve, chocolate cookie biscuit “sparkler”, and shimmery sprinkles.

Alright, we’re not trying to be Debbie Downers, but this is just your classic root beer float with vanilla soft serve. It does have the “sparkler” for decorations, but flavor-wise, there’s nothing special. There are also some star sprinkles on top; they don’t really add any flavor, but they do look fun!

However, if you are a root beer float lover and want a fun treat, you will definitely enjoy this one! The “sparkler” is cute and tastes good. It was similar to a Pocky stick, dipped in chocolate and coated in sprinkles.

Next, we tried the Countdown To Midnight Cake Bar for $8.75. You can grab this at Amorette’s Patisserie in Disney Springs. This is chocolate chiffon with chocolate mousse and mini chocolate chips.

This cake bar tasted a lot like a Mickey ice cream bar (just without the ice cream). The coating on the outside was the same as on an ice cream bar. Then the inside was soft and melted in your mouth as you bit into the cake bar.

We felt like this bar was a great in between of milk chocolate and dark chocolate. It was creamy but also had a bit of tang, like dark chocolate. Overall, we really enjoyed it and think it is super cute for the New Year!

In addition to these two special treats, six limited-time treats will be available only on New Year’s Eve in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The treats include: Red Velvet Cake Pop, Countdown Cider, Dark Chocolate-Almond Bark, Midnight Royale, Truffle Trio, and a Sparkling Mimosa.

Disney’s Contemporary Resort is also hosting a dining experience called The Magic of New Year’s Eve at California Grill on December 30th and 31st.

We are in the parks every single day, and we are always trying and reviewing Disney World food. Make sure to stay tuned to AllEars for all your Disney World tips, tricks, and news!
