Disney Cruise Line’s newest ship is getting closer to officially welcoming guests on board! The Disney Destiny will be setting sail on its maiden voyage on November 20th, 2025, from Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

We have slowly been learning more about this brand-new cruise ship, and Disney just released a bit more about De Vil’s, a brand-new piano lounge that will debut on the Disney Destiny.
De Vil’s is a new piano lounge dedicated to the puppy-obsessed villain, Cruella De Vil. This is the first of its kind, and you won’t find this lounge on any other Disney cruise ship. The lounge will be exclusive to adults and have a bold aesthetic. Guests will wind down in style with “trendy martinis, chic cocktails, and glamorous wines and bubbles” while enjoying sultry tunes from the piano. One side of the lounge will open to the Grand Hall for a wonderful view. Now, let’s dive into the new details that Disney just released!

The lounge will be located just beyond the Grand Hall, and you will be greeted by a marquee that spells out “De Vil’s” in letters that are designed to look like piano keys. Upon entering, you will spot a floor mosaic with Cruella De Vil’s infamous catchphrase: “How Marvelous!” The catchphrase will even be surrounded by 15 paw prints.

Inside the lounge, there will be all sorts of details that reflect Cruella De Vil’s unique style. There will be lots of bold styles along with uniquely shaped furnishings. You will be surrounded by luxurious, rich textures and couture fabrics. The color palette will be a perfect reflection of Cruella: black and white with red accents.

The carpeting will feature an intricate design that will pay homage to Ken Anderson, the artist who oversaw the designs of the characters in One Hundred and One Dalmatians. It will appear ink-splotched and hand-drawn. The focal point of De Vil’s will be a spotted piano!

We are getting even more excited to explore the new Disney Destiny, and we will definitely be making some time to check-out De Vil’s. The Disney Destiny has a first-of-its-kind theme that focuses on Disney heroes and villains. While you are on board, you must choose a side: Heroes or Villains. According to Disney, Imagineers were “inspired by the dynamic duality of every great Disney story when developing this new ship, where opposing forces of light and dark drive characters to rise to their purpose.”
