? Muppets Fans Are Gonna LOVE This NEW Disney Skyliner Change?

All hope is not lost, Muppets fans!

We know some people are pretty bummed about the official closure of Mama Melrose’s in Muppets Courtyard/Grand Avenue yesterday, and we’re dreading the day when PizzeRizzo and Muppet*Vision 3D will close to make way for the new Monsters, INC. Land coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. But for now, there’s GOOD news — we just spotted a NEW area where the Muppets are being represented in Disney World!

There are multiple modes of transportation around Disney World, and one of our personal favorites is the Skyliner. During our recent visit to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, we noticed an interesting Skyliner gondola coming into the station. Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it’s a Muppets Skyliner gondola!

On one side of the wrap, you’ll find Statler and Waldorf, the grumpy old men who heckle the other Muppets from their box seats in the Muppet Theatre.

And on the other side, you’ll find Fozzie Bear, Miss Piggy, and Sam Eagle.

If you look closely from all sides, you might spot even MORE Muppets friends on this new wrap. How FUN! We don’t know about you, but now, we’ll be keeping our fingers crossed that we’ll be loaded into the fancy new Muppet gondola.
